- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Publisher Obligations
- Publishers must own or have rights to the inventory they monetize
- Traffic must be genuine and comply with our quality standards
- Prohibited practices include click fraud, bot traffic, and incentivized clicks
- Publishers must comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA
5. Advertiser Obligations
- Advertisers must ensure ad creatives comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Prohibited content includes malware, deceptive advertising, and illegal products
- Advertisers are responsible for campaign budgets and bidding parameters
6. Payments
Publishers receive weekly payouts via trusted payment platforms, subject to minimum payment thresholds. Adzim reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the Adzim platform are owned by Zimzel Engineering Private Limitedor its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adzim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
