FAQ
Answers to common questions about AdZim's ad exchange platform, integrations, and partnerships.
General
AdZim is an enterprise ad exchange — not a DSP. We connect publisher supply with demand partners through OpenRTB infrastructure.
Is AdZim a DSP?
No. AdZim is an enterprise ad exchange that connects publisher supply with demand partners. We operate the auction infrastructure — we do not buy media on behalf of advertisers.
What protocols does AdZim support?
AdZim supports OpenRTB 2.5 and 2.6, header bidding via Prebid.js and Prebid Server, and REST APIs for platform management and reporting.
What is the typical integration timeline?
Most integrations complete within 2–4 weeks, including sandbox testing and production validation. Complex enterprise deployments may require additional time.
How is pricing structured?
AdZim uses custom enterprise pricing based on traffic volume, integration scope, and partnership model. Contact our team for a tailored proposal.
What reporting is available?
Real-time dashboards cover revenue, eCPM, impressions, requests, fill rate, viewability, latency, and demand source breakdowns. Data is also available via API and scheduled exports.
Where is AdZim infrastructure hosted?
Production infrastructure runs on AWS with Cloudflare edge protection. We maintain multi-region deployment for availability and latency optimization.
